With a pastry chef background, I am passionate about delicious flavours and it is important to me that your cake tastes just as exquisite as it looks. The cake flavour menu is a carefully chosen selection of popular sponge and filling pairings – alternative combinations can be accommodated.

Beneath the fondant icing, sponge cakes are covered in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache, which maintains its high quality and allows for a more refined finish. Buttercream layers can be traditional recipe, Swiss or Italian meringue.
All of my cakes are suitable for vegetarians and because I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy exquisite cakes, many of my recipes can be adapted to suit egg free, nut free, gluten free and dairy free diets.
