With a pastry chef background, I am passionate about delicious flavours and it is important to me that your cake tastes just as exquisite as it looks. The cake flavour menu is a carefully chosen selection of popular sponge and filling pairings – alternative combinations can be accommodated. I adore testing new and seasonal flavour combinations, so if you would like a flavour not detailed below, please let me know and I can tailor your cake to suit your taste.
Vanilla Bean and Raspberry

Vanilla and Passionfruit
Vanilla bean sponge, infused with lime syrup and layered with passionfruit curd and vanilla bean buttercream
Orange and Chocolate
Orange and chocolate sponge layered with orange and Belgian chocolate buttercream
Vanilla Chocolate Marble

Almond and Blackberry

Sour Cherry and Chocolate
Cherry and chocolate sponge, layered with sour cherry and vanilla buttercream and sour cherry preserve
White Chocolate and Raspberry
White chocolate and raspberry sponge layered with raspberry preserve and white Belgian chocolate buttercream
Beneath the fondant icing, sponge cakes are covered in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache, which maintains its high quality and allows for a more refined finish. Buttercream layers can be traditional recipe, Swiss or Italian meringue.

Dietary Requirements

All of my cakes are suitable for vegetarians and because I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy exquisite cakes, many of my recipes can be adapted to suit egg free, nut free, gluten free and dairy free diets.
